From the Telegraph of 31 March 2026: CAYZER Nigel Cayzer died suddenly in France, aged 71, on 21st March. Beloved husband of Henrietta, a much loved father of Arthur, Virginia, Angelica, and Jack, and a grandfather of three. A memorial service will be announced in due course.
He was s of Anthony Malcolm GALLIERS-PRATT CBE 1928-98 and Angela 1926-2014 d of Sir Charles William CAYZER 3rd Bt 1896-1940 and Beatrice Eileen OBE 1896-1981 d of James MEAKIN 1863-1912 by his 25 July 1894 m (St George’s, Hanover Sq, as her 1st h) to Emma Beatrice WALLACE 1871-1935.
He m 1986 Henrietta Caroline Rose b 1957 d of Lt-Col Sir Mark Tatton Richard TATTON-SYKES 7 Bt 1905-78 and Virginia Louise 1916-70* d of John Francis Grey GILLIAT 1883-1948 scion of that gentry family f/o Chorley Wood Cedars and as her 2 h Lilian Florence Maud 1876-1962 (widow of 5 Marquess of Anglesey) d of Sir George CHETWYND 4 Bt 1849-1917 and Lady Florence Cecilia PAGET 1842-1907 d of 2 Marquess of ANGLESEY 1797-1869 &c, and had two sons and two daus:
