Hon Lady Mobbs 1937-2013

_.The Hon Lady Mobbs, who died 13 December, 2013, aged 76, was a scion of the Viscounts Kemsley (Visc, UK, cr 1928). She was born the Hon Pamela Jane Marguerite Berry, 27 May, 1937, second daughter of the 2nd Viscount Kemsley (1909-1999), newspaper proprietor, owner of the Daily Telegraph, by his wife the former Lady Helen Candida Hay (b 1913-  ), eldest daughter of the 11th Marquess of Tweeddale, &c;  married 14 Sept, 1961, Sir (Gerald) Nigel Mobbs (1937-2005), late chairman of the Slough Estates, company director, by whom she had a son, Christopher (born 1965), and twin daughters, Virginia and Penelope (born 1968).

Sir (Gerald) Nigel (1937-2005) s of Gerald Aubrey MOBBS (1911-76), scion of that gentry family formerly of Stoke Park House, and Elizabeth (Oct 1906-Dec 2006) d of Frank LANCHESTER (c1870-1960) of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, and Minni Grace __ (1879-1975).
Their children (who will disappear from the pages of Debrett after the 2011 edition) are: Christopher William (b 1965) m 1991 Elizabeth Dora d of Maj J F A OVERTON of Hillesden, Buckinghamshire, and had two sons (Charles William John b 1997 and Frederick William John b 2008) and two daus (Lucinda Dora Jane b 1992 and Georgina Dora Jane b 1995); and the twin daus Virginia Elizabeth (b 1968) m 1994 Simon P ASTILL and has a son and two daus, Penelope Helen (b 1968) m 1997 Edward J POWELL.
