From the Times of 25 May 2017: MR W R FALCONER AND MISS C F WHITE  The engagement is announced between Rocco, second son of Lord and Lady Falconer of Thoroton, and Cecily, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Mark White of Chelsea, London.

Hon William Robert (Rocco) FALCONER (b 1988 reg Q3 London) s of the LP Baron FALCONER OF THOROTON (b 1951) and Marianna Catherine Thoroton QC (b 1955) d of Sir David Henry Thoroton HILDYARD KCMG DFC (1916-97), scion of the gentry family of that name of Flintham Hall, and Millicent (formerly Mrs R Longmore, d of Sir Edward Samson BARON (1892-1962) and Bertha SCHAUL).
