Clare Gerada was introduced in the House of Lords this afternoon, 25 November, as Baroness Gerada, of Kennington in the London Borough of Lambeth. Letters patent dated 24 November. The "G" is soft (as if it was "J").
Mary (Polly) Neate CBE is scheduled to be introduced on 9 December.
Conceivably the delay in the sealing of the letters patent for Katherine Grainger (peerage announced 17 June) may be because she is Scottish and has chosen a title with a Scottish element which needs approval by Lord Lyon as well as Garter King of Arms.

Baroness Neate's letters patent were sealed on 26 November and details have today been gazetted (https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/5005493). She is Baroness Neate, of Hammersmith in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and her name is given as Mary Jane Fiona Neate, C.B.E.. She is due to be introduced in the House of Lords on 9 December. The order paper described her, prior to the sealing of the letters patent, as "Mary (Polly) Neate".
