He was s of Frederick Ambrose Wilford PAGE-TURNER 1882-1936 sometime head of that gentry family of Ambrosden and (as her 1st h, her 2nd was Redvers Buller Strode) Margaret Farndon Morris. He m 1960 Christine Mary d of Robert Francis TETLEY of Beechfield, Boston Spa, Yorks, and had 2 sons and a dau.

The late Major Page-Turner's wife, née Christine Mary TETLEY, was born on 19 February 1936. Her father, Robert Francis TETLEY (3 VII 1888 - 5 III 1969), was a great-grandson of Joshua TETLEY (20 VII 1778 - 26 VIII 1859), who founded Tetley's brewery in Leeds in 1822.
