Sir John Prichard-Jones, 2nd Baronet, died 2 July 2007. He was aged
94. He was b 20 Jan 1913, and succeeded his father, Sir John Prichard-
Jones, 1st Bt, 17 Oct 1917. He was educated at Eton and Christ Church
Oxford (BA Hons 1934, MA); called to the Bar at Gray's Inn, 1936;
Capt, late The Queen's Bays; married 1stly, 1937 (div 1950), Heather
Vivian Mary, dau of Sir Walter Nugent, 4th Baronet (cr 1831); married
2ndly, Feb 1959, Helen Marie Therese, dau of J.F. Liddy, of Drogheda.
He is suceeded by his son (of the 1st union) David John Walter, who
was b 14 Mar 1943.

A Memorial Service for his family and friends will be held in St.
Brigid's Church, Castlenock, Dublin,29 eptember 2007.

Debrett's 2003 is showing the new baronet as unmarried.

The only other male in remainder (b. 1952) is also shown as unmarried.

This is appears to be a baronetcy in deep trouble...

I don't want to say the late baronet was old but he succeeded to the
baronetcy on the death of his father-- 90 years ago!

This is not news.... she is already omitted from the Prichard-Jones and Nugent articles in the 2011 Debrett's, but his first wife, Heather Nugent, died 6 February 2010.

The funeral took place in Multyfarnham, Co Westmeath, of Lady Heather Prichard Jones, the first wife (divorced in 1950) of John Prichard Jones of Allenswood House, Lucan, Co Dublin.
Heather was the last surviving child of Walter Nugent, who lived at Multyfarnham and was Irish Party MP for South Westmeath from 1907 to 1918. It is believed that she was the last surviving child of a member of the Irish Parliamentary Party. In her later life she lived in London and was president of the Westmeath County Association there."
