He was middle s of Rev William John Telia PYTHIAN-ADAMS DSO 1888-1967 sometime head of that gentry family (and chaplain to GEORGE V, EDWARD VIII, GEORGE VI and ELIZABETH II) and Adela Noel Evelyn 1901-83 d of Thomas Houghton ROBINSON 1853-1914 of Truro, Cornwall and Josephine Constance 1859-1908 d of Rev Thomas Richard BROWNRIGG c1823-1869 and as her 1 h (her second h was a Torrington viscounts scion) Louise Ann OWEN 1830-1897 (Hon Mrs Nelson Byng). It appears he never married.

Well that's embarrasing. I posted news on his wife's death! I did some searching before posting his death, and I now know why nothing came up - spelling!
