Douglas John MALIN died 1 January 2021, aged 92.
He was born 14 February 1928. He m firstly 1953 (div 1959) Joan Dorothy LONG, secondly 1971 Diana W. SMITH, and thirdly 1993 Hon Susan Frances Harmar b 23 Nov 1943 (the actress Sue Nicholls, best known for her role as Audrey Roberts in Coronation Street), dau of the Life Peer BARON HARMAR-NICHOLLS 1912-2000 by his 1940 m to Dorothy Elsie EDWARDS. He had a son by his first marriage and a daughter by his second marriage. No issue of his third marriage.
He was an actor under the stage name of Mark Eden, best known for playing the villain Alan Bradley in Coronation Street from 1986-89.
