Lucy Helmore was (according to Wikipedia) born 1960; there's a birth record for a Lucy M. M. Helmore b. 1959, mother Hull. A Patrick Helmore m. 1950, Mary E. Hull, and their other two children are Patrick C. Helmore (b. 1951) and Mark W. Helmore (b. 1952). I'd bet that Patrick C. Helmore is Patrick Charles Helmore, who changed the order of his names to distinguish himself from his father.
