_. Joan Lady Pound, who died 7 January, 2015, aged 92, was the widow of Sir Derek Allen Pound, 4th Baronet (1920-80) (Bt, UK, cr 1905.

She was Joan Amy, daughter of James Woodthorpe, of Boston, Lincolnshire, and married Derek Pound, 28 Oct, 1942. He succeeded to the baronetcy in 1952, and died in 1980.

Lady Pound leaves a son, Sir John, the 5th Baronet (b 1946), and a daughter, Diana (b 1944).
