Beloved husband of Jane (née Roberts), proud and much loved father and father-in-law of Sebastien and Ali, Alicia and Matt, Conti and Jon (d. 2024) and Edmond and Astrid. Adored grandfather of 10. Funeral on Friday 16th January 2026 at 3 p.m. at St George's Church, 7 rue Auguste-Vacquerie, 75116 Paris.

He m 1962 Jane b 1940 d of Sir Peter Geoffrey ROBERTS 3 Bt 1912-85 and Judith Rendell 1920-98 d of Rendell George HEMPSON 1892-1960 of Wallingford, Berks by his 1 March 1920 m (St Mary, West Kensington) to Doris Morgan HIGHAM 1891-1977, and had two sons and two daus as above.
