Per 192.com, there is a Simon P WOODHEAD living in  Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire,  with Peter J WOODHEAD, Jacqueline B WOODHEAD and  Matthew D WOODHEAD. Per FreeBMD, Simon  P WOODHEAD  married Jacqueline B MAGGS in 1983 (registered Q2 -  Surrey Mid East). It seems likely that this is the Simon P WOODHEAD whose birth was registered in Windsor in Q3 1958 (mother's maiden name APTED) and the Jacqueline B MAGGS  whose birth was registered in  Surrey Mid East  in Q4 1958 (mother's maiden name WEARN), and they would appear to be the parents of the prospective bridegroom.
