She was d of Col Mostyn Hird Wheeler WEBB-BOWEN 1894-1983 of Cooden, Sussex (s of Townsend Ince WEBB-BOWEN 1860-1940 scion of that gentry family (now PENN) of Camrose Hse) by his 9 Aug 1892 m (St Thomas’, Haverfordwest) to Frances Augusta Mary WILLIAMS c1865-1962) by his 1929 m reg Q2 London to Evelyn Florence 1910-2001 d of Col Cecil Alexander LANE 1860-1950 of Portman Mansions, Baker St, London W1 (late of Ceylon), and Evelyn Phyllis Helen _ 1879-1972. She m 1958 (div 1973) as his 1^st w the 4^th Viscount COLVILLE OF CULROSS 1933-2010, and had four sons incl the present (5^th) Viscount b 1959 & unm.
