From the Telegraph of 20 November 2015: BRUNNER Sir John Henry Kilian Brunner, 4th Baronet, died peacefully in Melbourne, Australia on 18th November, aged 88. Husband of Jasmine, father of Claire (decd), Nicholas and Jonathan.

He m 1955 Jasmine Cicely (b 1929 reg Q4 Kent) d of John WARDROP-MOORE (c1894-1965) and Janet Monteith ERSKINE (1899-1967) scion of the ERSKINE Bts cr 1821, and had 2 sons and a dau (Claire Eliza, b 1958 & d 9 August 2015). His elder son succeeds him:

Sir Nicholas Felix Minturn BRUNNER 5th Bt (b 1960, unm), succ his father 2015 but has yet to establish his claim and appear on The Roll of the Baronetage.

BROTHER LIVING
Mark Jonathan Irving BRUNNER (b 1962) unm. Heir presumptive.

The new baronet has two uncles living, both of whom are married. They and their male descendants occupy the next 13 places in the line of succession.

The 5th Baronet is now entered on the Official Roll of the Baronetage.  This is the first time the Brunner Baronetcy (UK 1895) has appeared on the Roll since the death of the 3rd baronet in 1982
