November 2009. Richard R confirmed that there were two Anne Drummonds,
and that the lady born in 1911 died in 1985. Any errors and omissions

McCONNEL
"I've no idea if Frederick Bradshaw McConnel, father of Elisabeth,
Duchess of Roxburghe (mother of the present Duke), was a grandson of
Thomas Houldsworth McConnel, William McConnel of Knockdolian, or some
other McConnel." [Those two McConnels were ancestors of Diana Ruth,
Duchess of Wellington (b. 1921)].
The two duchesses were actually first cousins once removed (Diana,
Duchess of Wellington was daughter of a first cousin of Elisabeth,
Duchess of Roxburghe)
