Three of the six children mentioned below were the daughter and two sons of his elder surviving brother Geoffrey (killed in the Innsbruck air crash 1964 with his wife).  Tommy St Aubyn and his wife took the orphaned three children and raised them as their own at Tangiers Park near Manydown (home of the Biggs-Wither family, of Jane Austen family).  They moved from there circa 1982 when Tangiers was sold to banker Richard Hoare.

Unfortunately, nephew/adoptive son Mike (Michael St Aubyn) died 2002 aged only 43
His firm Taylor St Aubyn (started 1995) was renamed in 2012 by his brothers in law John and Christopher Lumley who took on the firm.  (Mike was married to Astrid Lumley, by whom he had three children - Thomas, Matilda, and Isabella).

The peerage database needs to be updated on the deaths of uncle and nephew, and the birth of a son to Rupert St Aubyn (brother of Mike, also mentioned below).
