From the Times of 24 April 2026: FLEMING Dorothy Frances, aged 70, peacefully at home on 29th March. Artist, much-loved sister, aunt and friend, late of Inverliever. Funeral 6th May, midday, at Northleach church. Donations if desired to Parkinson’s UK.

She was yst d of Maj Richard Evelyn FLEMING MC TD 1910-77 (bro of the Bond novelist Ian Fleming) scion of that gentry family of Nettlebed and his wife & first cousin Hon Dorothy Charmian HERMON-HODGE 1913-2001 d of 2 Baron WYFOLD 1880-1942 and Dorothy Barbara 1884-1976 d of Robert FLEMING 1845-1933 and Sarah Kate HINDMARSH 1857-1937. She never married.
