I take the prospective bride to be a member of the EDGELL of Standerwick Court gentry family and I'd be grateful to anyone who has a BLG 1914 and can confirm that.

Unfortunately, the line shown in Richard's posting does not feature therein, but that is not to say that no connection exists.

I have been unable to find any connection with the Mawbey baronets, although, since the christian name of Erasmus was used in their family, it seems a possibility.
