Murray of Melgund Baronets and the Grafen von Murray

I was looking into the Murray of Melgund Baronets and their connections to the Grafen von Murray, and wanted to share what I found in case anyone is interested.

on the death of Graf Murray in 1848 the Baronetcy became dormant; it was assumed from 1863 by the Murrays of Philiphaugh, but it seems likely that there were closer heirs; they seem eventually to have stopped their use of the title; as far as I can tell these Philiphaugh Murrays were never included in Burke’s as Baronets
