Are there any living descendants of the 1st Duke of Buckingham?

I am watching the mini-series "Mary and George".  The "George" refers to George Villiers, later the 1st Duke of Buckingham.

I was wondering if there are any living descendants of his among the peerage/baronetage.

I believe legitimately no, nor his full siblings. Only through the 1st Duke half siblings..

It seems there is issue living of his full brother Christopher as well as of his full sister Susan. The 1st Duke's daughter Mary had children but no grandchildren, I think.

Considering the format I used on that page, I should have included the children of Lady Mary Villiers, Duchess of Richmond. I have now added them, to show that that line became extinct with her death.

Are there any living descendants of the Edward Stafford 3rd Duke of Buckingham who was attainted on trumped up charges?

His son Henry had issue, including a line which carried the Stafford name and title into the Howard family.

His daughter Elizabeth married the Duke of Norfolk and has many descendants.

His daughter Catherine married the 4th Earl of Westmorland and had issue extinct in the male line, though I don't know whether she has issue in the female lines.

His daughter Mary married Lord Bergavenny and has descendants, including the later Earls of Westmorland.
