From the Telegraph of 7 February 2019: SCOTT Michael on 1st February 2019. Loving husband of Caroline and father of Alexander and Camilla. Service of Thanksgiving at Biggar Kirk on 7th March at 11am.
He was s of M M SCOTT of Cakemuir Castle, Tynehead, Midlothian. He m 1973 Caroline Mary (b 1946) d of Maj Hon Colin James DALRYMPLE (1920-2017, s of 12th Earl of STAIR (1879-1961)) and his 1st w Pamela Mary (b 1916) d of Maj John Lamplugh WICKHAM CVO (1886-1962 gs of 10th Marquess of HUNTLY), scion of the WICKHAM-BOYNTON gentry family of Burton Agnes, and Phyllis Ellen CHARRINGTON (1885-1982), scion of the gentry family of that name, and had a son and a dau (Camilla Rose (b 1978) m 2004 Charles D'Arcy BENSON (b 1976), gs of the LP Baron BENSON ext 1995).
