He was s of Philip Halkett Brook LEAROYD (1905-1967) of Watlington, Oxfordshire. He m 1st 1967 (div 1978) Lady (Mary) Sarah-Jane HOPE (1940-2012) d of 3rd Marquess of LINLITHGOW (1912-87) and his 1st w VIVIEN (1918-63) d of Maj Robert Orlando Rodolph KENYAN-SLANEY (1892-65), scion of the barons KENYON, and Lady Mary Cecilia Rhodesia HAMILTON (1896-1984) d of 3rd Duke of ABERCORN, and had a son, Jeremy Anthony Gordon (b 1971) who m 1999 (reg Q3 Buckinghamshire) Catherine Kwan Y (b c1969 reg Q1 Derbyshire) d of _ SHIU and _ PARROTT, and had a son Josh [?Andrew P (b 2003 reg Q4 Yorkshire)] and a dau Alexandra (Lexie) Hope (b 2002 reg Q1 Berkshire).
