Husband of Lorna, father of Patrick, Mary and Elisabeth and grandfather to Kate and Jess. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life and work will be arranged soon. He m 1967 Lorna Anne b 1945 reg Q3 Sussex d of Richard Mayon MAYON-WHITE 1915-84 by his 1939 m reg Q3 Essex to his 1st w Elaine Mary TOWNROE 1914-61, and had a son and two daus. His son Patrick Robert b 1969: m 1999 Fiona Mary b 1965 d of John Humphrey PARKER-JERVIS 1923-89 (2xgt gs of 2nd Viscount ST VINCENT 1767-1859) and Elizabeth Margaret 1931-2010 d of Richard Durant TROTTER 1887-1968 sometime head of that Scots gentry family of Brin (as well gt gs of 1st Baron RAVENSWORTH 1775-1855) and Dorothy Clementina ROWCLIFFE 1900-66 scion of that gentry family of Pinkney Park, and had a dau Kate Margaret b 2002.
