She was dau of John Eric GREENWOOD 1891-1975 by his 1921 m reg Q3 Notts to Doris Mary 1897-1973 d of Alfred Charles RADFORD c1866-1950 and Nellie _ c1869-1921. She m 1956 as his 2nd w Robert Francis Gore 1906-94 s of Sir Thomas Sydney LEA 2nd Bt 1867-1946 and Mary Ophelia WOODWARD 1875-1933, and had a son as below.

Model who kept perfect poise into her nineties and created beautiful gardens in Cambridgeshire
...She was also taken up by Dior, Norman Hartnell and Hardy Amies, then on his rise in the postwar fashion world. One day she was showing clothes at a fashion fair in Milan when she found herself surrounded by young blades from the British Embassy... With numerous admirers she made an unusual choice, the genial Robert Lea, who was 23 years her senior. He doted on Susan and would take her on shopping expeditions to Bond Street wearing a chauffeur’s cap so he could park outside every shop she wanted to visit...
...She had one son, Rupert, a keen gardener, who runs MSS Capital, and a stepdaughter, Annabel, author of an elegant volume on country-house chapels, who predeceased her...
Susan Lea, model and gardener, was born on May 23, 1929. She died on July 8, 2022, aged 93

From the Telegraph of 4 Feb 2023: LEA Susan (née Greenwood). A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Susan will be held at St Peter’s Parish Church, St Peter, Jersey on Friday 12th May 2023 at 10.30 a.m., followed by interment of Susan’s cremated remains in the Parish Churchyard. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, may be sent to Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust c/o Judith Freeman, Durrell, Les Augres Manor, La Profonde Rue, Trinity....
