From the Telegraph of 1 Aug 2026: VOSSER On 26th July 2026, unexpectedly but peacefully after a long illness, Michael Cochrane, beloved husband of Susan, devoted and dearly loved Pa of Joanna, Sarah, Jeremy and Rosemary, and loving Grandpa of Victoria, Emma, Oliver and Zak. May he rest in peace.

He was s of Maj Reginald Joseph VOSSER MBE 1899-1967 and Marie Cecilia 1905-93 d of Rear Adm Archibald COCHRANE 1874-1952 (2xgt gs of 9 Earl of DUNDONALD 1748-1831) and Maye Amélie Lucile c1876-1954 d of Col Alured de Vere BROOKE 1841-1926 (gs of Sir Richard BROOKE 6 Bt 1785-1865, and gt gs of Sir Foster CUNLIFFE 3 Bt 1755-1834) and Mary Augusta DOBREE 1854-1947 scion of that gentry family of The Priory. He m 1970 Susan Margaret b 1948 reg Q4 Surrey d of (Charles) David Aberneathy GREENWOOD 1914-75 of Heathhayne, Woking by his 22 April 1946 m (Madras, India) to Margaret Elizabeth HARRIS 1914-, and had a son and three daus as above.
