From the Telegraph of 4 Dec 2021: TURNBULL Vivian Helen (née Ingram) of Nayland, Suffolk and formerly of Windermere, peacefully at home on 30th November aged 84. Beloved widow of Oliver, mother of Lucy, Clare, Sarah and Harry, and 12 wonderful grandchildren. Funeral at St James’ Church, Nayland, 2pm on 14th December. Family flowers only, donations to St Helena Hospice, Colchester.
She was d of Sir Herbert INGRAM 3rd Bt 1912-80 and Jane Lindsay 1913-89 d of James Edward PALMER-TOMKINSON 1879-1901 scion of the TOMKINSON gentry family Willington Hall etc and Marion Lindsay SMITH 1888-1965 (descended from ABEL SMITH the banker and 2nd cousin (among other relations) of Queen ELIZABETH The QUEEN MOTHER). She m 1963 Oliver 1933-2002 s of Rev Peveril Hayes TURNBULL 1889-1972 and Lady Jane GREY 1899-1991 d of 9th Earl of STAMFORD 1850-1910, and had a son and three daus as above.
