Hereditary peers by-elections - candidates

In an idle moment I decided to compile a list of hereditary peers who were candidates in the House of Lords by-elections that took place between 2003 and 2023.  I was quite surprised the total was 214, around one quarter of the electable hereditary peerage

The biggest field of candidates was for the first by-election held on 26 March 2003 when Lord Ullswater was elected in a whole house by-election.  Some of those candidates didn't stand in another election.  Unfortunately the relevant part of the HoL website has the notice of the election but not the list of candidates nor the result.  However the wikipedia article is quite good and gives the detailed results together with the candidates who received nul points.

As a matter of interest has anyone retained any documents containing the candidates' statements?  Generally speaking the notices of candidates contain the statements but for most of the earlier elections I think the candidates' statements must have been in a separate annexure or document and haven't been uploaded to the Lords website. The relevant ones are for the by-elections on 6 Feb 2013, 20 July 2011 (Onslow E death), 10 May 2011 and any by-election before 2011. If anyone could share these that would be very helpful

I have checked through the notices of election and the early ones contain a statement (or similar) "The House authorities will make no arrangements for circulating statements in support of candidates for this by-election. This will be a matter for candidates"

The first one to indicate that the House authorities will circulate statements is the whole house election on 22 March 2011 and these were included in the notice of the list of candidates.  This was repeated for the whole house elections on 23 Apr 2011 and 16 July 2013 but not for the group elections on 10 Nov 2011 (XB), 20 July 2011(Cons) (though David Beamish has kindly sent me a pdf which does in fact have statements though these are not included in the Lords website copy) and 6 Feb 2013 (Cons).  After the election on 16 July 2013 it seems statements were circulated by the House authorities for all elections and included in the notices of lists of candidates.
