British and European Nobility Register

I have noticed from searching for peerage/baronetage names on Google that the results often list an entry on peerage.org.uk usually beneath one for thepeerage.com.  I had rather assumed that someone had re-formatted the information on thepeerage.com and presented it on a different website.  However on investigating further perhaps I have done them a disservice given the claims made by  the website  - the "British and European Nobility Register".  The homepage can be found here:

As can be seen the website claims that “The British and European Nobility Register (BENR) was conceived as a definitive archival repository for the genealogical records of noble families throughout Europe. Established in 2001 under the auspices of eminent European nobility and supported by royal patronage, BENR has rapidly become a preeminent institution dedicated to the meticulous preservation of noble heritage.”

 "This initiative was endorsed by HM Felipe VI, King of Spain, HM Letizia, Queen of Spain, HRH Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, HRH María Teresa, Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, and HM Frederik X, King of Denmark, among other distinguished patrons."

I wonder if anyone knows anything about this definitive archival repository.  Their preeminence is rather spoiled by the fact that one of the tabs on the homegape is headed "Surename Index" instead of the more conventional "Surname Index".  They do have a "generous endowment from noble families and governmental entities across Europe" so perhaps the error could be easily fixed.

Their founding director was Sir Jonathan Rutherford - I have however been unable to find a British/Commonwealth knight of that name so perhaps he was a Papal knight or a knight of the Order of St John.  He may have been known to members of this Group?  He was succeeded by Dr Elizabeth Montgomery and the current director is Dr Henry Fitzalan
