Is this the first life peerage created under Mr. Cameron?

With the New Year coming up, any ideas as to future creations?

Thanks.

Sadly; a large tranche of ex MPs are likely to receive peerages, also
Tory donors and erstwhile Quango bosses. Of the ex Tory MPs from LG
families who may get a peerage is David Heathcote-Amory. As an
expenses cheat who had to repay nearly £30,000 for amongst other items
'manure', he'll be lucky to be ennobled (but you never know).

Michael Ancram (Marquess of Lothian) is a shoo-in for a peerage, as is
Sir Patrick Cormack.

100 Labour, 35 Tory, 7 Lib Dems and 7 Other Parties stood down at the
2010 election. Of those, around 30% left because of the expenses
scandal.

Ancram's 'elevation' (in quotes as obviously a marquess can't be
'elevated' to a life barony!) has already been announced by No 10:

death notice.]

Lord Hennessy of course is not a 'Cameron peerage' but rather a
'peoples' peer' appointed under the House of Lords Appointments
Commission:
