From the Times of 5 May 2010:

Mervyn Temple-Richards
Mervyn, peacefully at home, after a long illness borne with great
fortitude. Beloved husband of Elizabeth, loving father and step-father
of Olivia, Alexandra and Nicholas. A Funeral Service will be held on
Friday, 14th May 2010 at 2.30pm. at St Martin's Church, Hindringham,
Norfolk. Family flowers preferred. Any donations to the Parkinsons
Disease Society (app...@parkinsons.org.uk). All enquiries to Fakenham
Funeral Services 01328-838838.

I take this to be the son of Brig Harold TEMPLE-RICHARDS (d 1969, son
of Capt John Cummins RICHARDS RN) and Dorothea Lora Mary dau of Lt-Col
Henry Martindale TEMPLE (1853-1905, younger son of Sir Richard Temple
1st Bt (cr UK 1876) by his 1st w Charlotte Frances MARTINDALE). He m
1st 1959 Lucy (b 1931) dau of Rt Rev Hugh Rowlands GOUGH, Archibishop
of Sydney and the Hon Madeline Elizabeth KINNAIRD (dau of the 12th
Baron KINNAIRD, title ext 1997). Olivia is their adopted dau. (Lucy m
2ndly as his 2nd wife the 4th Baron SWANSEA and survives as his
widow.). He m 2ndly 1972 Mrs Elizabeth Hall and had further issue as
above in the death notice.

On the assumption that he is Harold Mervyn Temple-Richards, born London 20 October 1919, then his widow is:
