He should be in The Complete Peerage under Hardwicke E (as a
patrilineal descendant of the 1st Earl and in remainder to that title)
and possibly in Burke's Peerage recent or earlier editions.
His uncle was the author Henry Green (otherwise Henry Yorke; 1905-1973)
whose son Sebastian (b 1934) was formerly married to the Hon Emma
Tennant, half-sister of the present Lord Glenconner and an author of
some notoriety in her own (mostly, as far as I am concerned, for
sequels to Jane Austen).
Sara's mother died 1989.

Is the elder dau Anabel (b 1971) married?
I believe that Mr Yorke is active with local charities. There is a John
Yorke foundation

"A century after Isabelle's time, another van Tuyll married John
Reginald Yorke, a prosperous Gloucestershire landowner and member of
Parliament. In 1899, their brilliant, rather austere elder son,
Vincent, married the vivacious Maud Wyndham, whose father was the
second Baron Leconfield -; among the richest members of the British
aristocracy and owner of one of the most magnificent houses in England:
Petworth, in Sussex. "
Henry Green's son Sebastian (b 1934) was apparently a godson of the
Queen Mother, since she and his wife (and cousin) Adelaide "Dig"
Biddulph were friends
http://www.litencyc.com/php/speople.php?rec=true&UID=5057
"Dig's family were as well-connected as Henry's; her friend, the
Duchess of York, who later became godmother to their son, was made
Queen in 1936 with the abdication of Edward VII."
[Dig's sister May is mother of Josephine Lowry-Corry, of the earls of
Belmore, aka Princess Rupert von Loewenstein]
