Lawrence-Millard - The engagement is announced between Captain Jeremy Elmhirst, Scots Guards, eldest son of Lieutenant Colonel Marcus and the Hon Mrs Elmhirst, of Betws Ifan, Ceredigion, and Nichola, daughter of Mr Reginald Millard and Mrs Elizabeth Lawrence-Millard, of Oswestry, Shropshire.

Capt (Richard) Jeremy William b 1996 eldest s of Lt-Col (Charles) Marcus Ross ELMHIRST b Feb 1972 (s of Paul Binder ELMHIRST b 1940) scion of that gentry family of Dartington Hall & Elmhirst and Jessamy Jane b 1972 d of Hon Trevor Oswin LEWIS 1935-2015 (s of 3^rd Baron MERTHYR 1901-77) and Susan Jane b 1939 reg Q3 Dyfed d of Arthur John BIRT-LLEWELLIN 1906-90 of Boulston Manor, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire by his 18 Sep 1930 m (Llangennech, Carmarthen) to Uwen Delia 1905-86 d of David LEWIS of Glasfryn, Llangennech.

DPB says Mrs Elmhirst doesn't use her courtesy title but clearly she does (or at least for some purposes)
