In answer to your question, he is heir to the Walker (1856) baronetcy.

WALKER-SMITH - the current Kershaw list of baronetcies available on baronetage.org indicates that Alexander is in remainder so one assumes Mr Kershaw has information indicating that he was born after his parents' marriage

GRO indices give a birth for Alexander in Q4 2017 registered in Lambeth. If true, this would appear to place his birth before an indicated 2018 marriage of his parents.

From the GRO indices I have been able to confirm a second son born to WALKER-SMITH / STEWART parents:

N A V WALKER-SMITH, born Q3 2019 Lambeth.

If marriage date is 2018, then this son would be in remainder.  Unfortunately the GRO have not digitised recent marriage records.
