Her eldest dau, Hon Diana Willow Penrose THOMAS b 1959 is still shown as her son (David) in DPB online. Her Who’s Who entry says she changed her first name by Deed Poll 2021. Having m (as David) 1986 (div 2016) Clare Elizabeth d of John JEREMY, and had a son and two daus.
