He m 1970 Christabel Isabel Mary b 1942 d of Harold Hugh Brodie IND 1914-77 sometime head of that gentry family of White Hall and Phyllis Marion Alice 1913-2008 d of Cyril Edward BROWNE OBE 1873-1960 (gs of 2^nd Marquess of SLIGO 1788-1845, as well gt gs of 13^th Earl of CLANRICARDE 1744-1808, etc) and Alice Christina 1875-1962 d of Frederick Thomas LEWIN 1828-1904 sometime head of that Irish gentry family f/o Cloghans and Lucy Emma CORRIE c1844-1880 scion of that gentry family f/o Itchen Abbas, and had two sons.
