Hon HUGO BAILIE ROHAN Palmer (b 1980) s & ha of 4th Baron PALMER (b 1951) and his 1st w Cornelia Dorothy Katharine (b 1953 reg Q3 Hertfordshire) d of Rohan Nicholas WADHAM DFC (1923-2006) of Newmarket, Suffolk by his 1949 m (reg Q2 London) to Juliana (1926-2004) d of Col N A MACDONALD WALKER of London. He m 2015 Vanessa Kimberley d of Peter WEBB of Tooraweenah, NSW, Australia.
The new infant is 2nd in direct line of succession to his grandfather's barony.
