Lady Jane Spencer and the late Princess Diana were sisters. Therefore their children (Laura Fellowes and Princes William and Harry) are first cousins. What is the nature of the relationship of Laura's two children (Peter Joe and Beatrix Eleanor) mentioned above to Princes William and Harry ?  Are they second cousins, or are they first cousins once removed ?  And how is the cousin relationship of Laura's children (Peter Joe and Beatrix Eleanor) referred to in regards to William's and Harry's children (George, Charlotte, Louis, Archie, and Lilibet) ?

The children of the Hon Mrs Pettman, née Fellowes, are first cousins once removed downwards of Princes William and Harry, who are their first cousins one removed upwards. Mrs Pettman's children are second cousins of the children of the two Princes.

Robert, Baron Fellowes entry for wikipedia (do we trust them?) shows that Hon Laura has 3 children but DPB only lists the two sons, why does DPB not show all he issue? Just wondering as they are so frustrating, wonder what the criteria is?
