Phillipa (Pippa) b 1992 d of Philip Luard HOWELL b 1955 of Hadleigh, Suffolk (s of Paul Philip HOWELL CMG OBE 1917-94 (gt gs of Sir Edward North BUXTON 2^nd Bt 1812-58) and Bridgit Mary Radclyffe LUARD 1922-2011 scion of that gentry family f/o Blyborough and of the DOLLING Irish gentry family of Edenmore Magheraliin) and Stephanie FERNANDEZ.
