He was s of Capt Charles William Edmund Nigel Cavendish PELLY OBE 1908-66 (2xgt gs of Sir John Henry PELLY 1 Bt 1777-1852) and Betty Joan 1911-95 d of Napoleon (Leo) Webster COLE 1881-1972 of Cairo, Egypt and Maud Emily HART 1877-[1967]. He m 1969 Brenda Amy Grosvenor 1932-2012 of Alfred Mutlow Grosvenor HERD 1901-1970 and Heather Sybil 1900-75 d of Cdr Dudley Charles STUART RN 1844-1906 and Amy Clara PAGE 1854-1943 (Burke’s Family Records p455), and had a son and a dau.
