From the Telegraph and Times of 29 June 2018: WILMOT-SITWELL Peter Sacheverell, died peacefully at home on 19th June, 2018, aged 83. Beloved husband of Clare and father to Alexander, Christopher and Vanessa. A private family funeral has taken place. A service of thanksgiving is planned for 10th October in London, details of which will be announced later.

He was s of Capt Robert Bradshaw WILMOT-SITWELL CBE (1894-1946), whom he succ as head of the gentry family of that name formerly of Stainsby, and Barbara Elizabeth FISHER (d 1946). He m 1960 Clare Veronica (b 1938) d of Ralph Hamilton COBBOLD (1906-87), scion of the gentry family of that name of Glenham Hall, and his 1st w Norah Veronica Vandeleur CHRISTIE-MILLER (1906-82), scion of the gentry family of that name formerly of Britwell, and had issue:

1. Alexander Sacheverell (b 1961), who succ his father as head of the family, m 1987 (reg Q4 Gloucestershire) Caroline Fiona d of Neil MARR of Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, and had a son: Jake Sacheverell (b 1990 reg London).

2. Christopher Robert (b 1963, m c1998 (reg Q1 Hampshire) Catherine M WOODFORDE (b 1964 reg London) and had twin sons: Theodore Peter Q and Edward Peter Q (b 2000 reg London) and a dau: Martha Hope (b 1998 reg London).

1. Vanessa Clare (b 1966 reg London) m 1990 (reg Q4 Hampshire) Paul N KEELING (b 1965 reg London) and had a son: Fred Peter (b 1992 reg London)
