Snell - The engagement is announced between Marcus, son of Mrs Charles Fountaine and the late Mr Charles Fountaine, of Narford, Norfolk, and Verity, daughter of Mrs Christopher Snell, of Dulverton, Somerset, and the late Mr Christopher Snell.

Marcus John F b 1990 reg Q4 Nofolk middle s of Charles Andrew FOUNTAINE 1953-2003 (who succeeded his father Andrew Douglas Algernon Maclean FOUNTAIN 1918-97 as) head of that gentry family of Narford, by his 1987 m reg Q2 Norfolk to Susan Jane b April 1955 d of Sqdn Ldr H W OLIVER RAF.

The late Mr Fountaine’s eldest s Charles Douglas Briggs b Nov 1989 succ his father as head of the family. The Fountaine’s also had a youngest son Piers Alexander Fraser b 1995 reg Q4 Norfolk
