Could Jennifer Boyd be Jennifer Louise Boyd, daughter of Bradley Steven Boyd and Mary Sylvia Weld-Forester, Mary being the great-granddaughter of Cecil Theodore Weld-Forester, 5th Baron Forester (1842-1917)?

Hello Mary-Ann, I think you're right, in that several online sources indicate a Bradley Steven Boyd of Sisters, Oregon, where he had owned a sporting-goods store, inc. https://caselaw.findlaw.com/or-court-of-appeals/1087571.html , which gives his wife as "Mary Forester Boyd", and states "The parties' ten-year marriage ended in March 1996", which explains their locations. Debrett's 1995 gives B. S. Boyd's address as "449 NW State St, Bend, Oregon 97701, USA"; Bend and Sisters are apparently both in Deschutes County in that state.

Also, Debrett's 2008 gives "Mary Sylvia (1179 NW Rockwood Lane, Bend, Oregon 97701, USA), b. 1957; m. 1986 (m. diss. 1997) Bradley Steven Boyd" and lists Jennifer and her elder sister.
