Beloved father, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral constrained by current situation. Donations to either The Alzheimer’s Society or The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.
He was s of Hon Hugh Trevor BROADBRIDGE (1903-79) and Anne Marjorie (1903-79) d of John Locke ELFICK (c1872-1924) of Purley, Surrey by his 1907 m (reg Q3 London) to Margaret PHILLIPS (1871-1978). He m 1st 1954 (div 1967) Norma d of Maj Herbert SHEFFIELD MC and had a son and a dau. He m 2nd 1968 Mary Elizabeth (1923-2007) d of Joseph Emlyn TROTMAN (1893-1966, 'roadman') by his 1915 m (reg Q2 Glamorgan) to Emily Charlotte HILL (1896-1955). His son succeeds him:
Air Vice-Marshal RICHARD JOHN MARTIN Broadbridge CB (b 1959) [5th] Baron BROADBRIDGE. Has yet to establish his claim and appear on The Peerage Roll. He m 1980 Jacqueline d of Norman Bycroft ROBERTS and has issue:
