From the Telegraph online 11 March 2021: CECIL The Hon. Charles Evelyn. Peacefully at home on 11th March 2021, aged 84. Private family funeral at Wilcote.
He was s of 2nd Baron ROCKLEY 1901-76 and Anne Margaret 1912-80 d of Adm Hon Sir Herbert MEADE-FETHERSTONHAUGH 1875-1964 s of Adm 4th Earl of CLANWILLIAM 1832-1907 and Margaret Isabel Frances GLYN 1888-1977 gd of 1st Baron WOLVERTON 1797-1873 and of the 8th Duke of ARGYLL 1823-1900 etc etc. He m 1965 Jennifer Anne b 1936 reg Q4 London d of Capt Duncan MACKINNON 1909-84 by his 1932 m to Pamela Rachel BRASSEY 1911-85 (gt gd of Thomas BRASSEY 1805-70, f of 1st Earl BRASSEY 1836-1918 and gf of 1st Baron BRASSEY OF APETHORPE 1870-1958), and had a son and two daus. His son and two grandsons occupy the final 2nd to 4th positions in the line of succession to the barony.

His wife's maternal grandmother was Violet Edith Lowry-Corry, of the Earls Belmore. And of course he himself was of the Marquesses of Salisbury.
