The Official Roll of the Baronetage now shows the Sutherland baronetcy of Dunstanburgh Castle as being vacant. (Sir) John Brewer Sutherland, 3rd Baronet has therefore died - he did not use the title.

I have found the death notice published in the Northumberland Gazette on 23 May 2024:-

DPB Online has now updated this page.

The top 7 in the line of succession are:

1. TOM PETER , b. 1999, ha, son of the baronet.
2. Christopher John, b. 1965, brother of the baronet.
3. Harry Benjamin, b. 2001, elder son of #2.
4. Arthur George, b. 2004, younger son of #2
5. Robert Brewer, b. 1970, brother of the baronet.
6. Ben Brewer, b. 2002, elder son of #3
7. Charlie Joe, b. 2004, younger son of #3.

A well stocked line of succession, with a lot of younger males-- if only all peerages and baronetcies could have a similar line.
