From the Telegraph of 27 April 2024: CRAIGIE-HALKETT-INGLIS Patricia Jane (née Wilson). Died peacefully on 20th April 2024. Much loved wife of the late Lt Col Charles Craigie-Halkett-Inglis of Cramond MBE, mother to Hugh, Susie and Emma, sister to Michael and Simon and grandmother to Archie, Charlie, Georgiana, Turi and Oriana. Private cremation to be followed by separate memorial in Kingussie, Inverness-shire later this year.

She was d of Michael Thomond WILSON MBE 1911-83 (s of Sir (Roderick) Roy WILSON 1876-1942) and Jessie Babette 1912-84 d of John Winston Foley WINNINGTON 1883-1961 (s of Sir Francis Salwey WINNINGTON 5^th Bt 1849-1931 and Jane SPENCER-CHURCHILL 1858-1940 gd of 6^th Duke of MARLBOROUGH 1793-1857, as well gd of 4^th Baron CLATHORPE 1790-1868, etc etc) and Gladys COOK and the dukes of MARLBOROUGH). She m 1966 Lt-Col Charles Dalzell CRAIGIE-HALKETT-INGLIS of Cramond MBE 1931-2015 s of Brig-Gen Hugh Marjoribanks CRAIGIE-HALKETT CMG DSO 1880-1952 scion of that Scots gentry family of Cramond and Violet Mary Ella 1897-1974 d of Robert Stuart DALZELL 1858-1906 by his 16 June 1886 m (St Andrew’s, Thorne Coffin, Som.) to Katharine Evelyn BOND 1858-1925, and had a son and two daus.
