From the Times of 6 Oct 2022: MANNERS The Hon Thomas Jasper died peacefully at home on 29th September 2022, aged 92. Beloved husband to the late Sarah and loving father to Charles, Arthur and Robert. Wonderful Goppa to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Church, Ashford Hill at 2.30 p.m. on 28th October.
He was s of 4th Baron MANNERS 1897-1972 (3xgt gs of 3rd Duke of RUTLAND 1696-1779) and Mary Edith GASCOYNE-CECIL 1900-94 gd of Queen VICTORIA's last Prime Minister the 3rd Marquess of SALISBURY 1830-1903 as well the 1st Earl of LATHOM 1837-98 etc). He m 1955 Sarah MBE 1934-2013 d of Brig Roger PEAKE DSO OBE 1903-1959 scion of that gentry family f/o Burrough-on-the-Hill and Nancy Gwenllian 1905-95 d of Hugh John MOSTYN-PRITCHARD 1878-1959 by his 1904 m reg Q3 London to Mildred Catherine FLETCHER 1881-1959, and had three sons as above.
