From the Times of 11 July 2026: BICKNELL Mark Henry Paveley died on 1st July 2026, aged 72. Dearly loved husband of Clare and father of Augustus and Cecilia. Will be greatly missed by his family and many friends, who relished his company and admired his stoicism in the face of his final illness. Funeral to be held at 2.45pm on Wednesday 15th July 2026 at West Norwood Crematorium…

He was s of Augustus Francis (Frank) M. BICKNELL 1925-85 by his 1950 m reg Q3 Kensington to Elisabeth DE REHBINDER. He m 1985 Clare b 1958 d of John Ronald MOSLEY 1926-2003 (gs of Sir Oswald MOSLEY 5 Bt 1873-1928 who was gf of 3 Baron RAVENSDALE 1923-2017) and his 1 w Primrose Antoinette b 1934 d of Frederick Guy HADWEN 1889-1958 by his 4 May 1929 m (St Mark, North Audley St) to Vera Hallie FRYER 1903-93, and had a son and a dau as above.
