The engagement was announced 4 November, 2006, between Richard George
Fothergill Banks (b. 1977), grandson maternally of the 10th Viscount
Boyne, son of David George Fothergill Banks, by his former wife, the
former Hon Caroline Veronica Hamilton-Russell (b. 1957) (now the Hon
Mrs Cotterell, of Worcestershire), & Fenn J. Gascoigne, granddaughter
maternally of the 4th Viscount Esher, daughter of Anthony Grey
Gascoigne (descended from the Wigan Baronets), by his former wife, the
Hon Olivia Clare Teresa Brett (b. 1947).
