From the Telegraph of March 10th 2010

NORMAN
James Collet (JC). On March 9th at Uphall after a short illness.
Adored husband of Jenni, wonderful father to six children and twelve
grandchildren. Funeral Private. Thanksgiving Service in Norfolk to be
announced later. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to
Macmillan Cancer Support to Thornalley Ltd, 51-55 St James Street,
Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 5BZ.

He was the youngest son of Brig Hugh Ronald NORMAN DSO (1905-?), head
of the LG family of St Clere and Moor Place (a cadet branch of the
Normans of Bromley Common) and Margaret dau of Edward Scott GRIFFIN of
Toronto, Canada.

(Note: BLG spells his name 'James Coliet' but I think that's a typo.
He's a descendant of the 1st Collet Bt, now extinct, from whom the
family inherited St Clere.)
